How to implement
- Encourage the development of policies to promote the mental wellbeing of the entire school community, including students and staff.1

Alberta Education has created a resource on creating welcoming, caring, respectful and safe schools including best-practice guidelines and legislative requirements.
Developed by the Government of Alberta, Working Together to Support Mental Health in Alberta Schools was created to share how schools, community partners and government can support student mental health.
