Alberta Education has created a resource on creating welcoming, caring, respectful and safe schools including best-practice guidelines and legislative requirements.

Developed by the Government of Alberta, Working Together to Support Mental Health in Alberta Schools was created to share how schools, community partners and government can support student mental health.

Did you know: Policies supporting the delivery of mental health services in community settings (such as schools) reduce stigma and ensure connectedness within the community.2
