Awareness: 

Focuses on measuring the level of understanding related to health and wellbeing in a community. It seeks to understand whether community members are aware of a particular infrastructure change, initiative, program, or activity, and their perceptions of the impact. 

Knowledge

Relates to an individual's understanding or gained knowledge in a particular focus area related to health and wellbeing. It seeks to understand how an infrastructure change, initiative, program, or activity has increased participant's knowledge regarding health and wellbeing and the impact it has had on their ability to share that knowledge. 

Behavioural Intent

Seeks to understand how an infrastructure change, initiative, program, or activity has impacted a participant’s intention to adopt healthier behaviour patterns and to seek support if needed.

Behaviour

Aims to measure how/if an infrastructure change, initiative, program, or activity has influenced any change in the participant's behaviour. Various behaviours can be measured concerning health and wellbeing, including physical activity, ultra-violet radiation reduction practices, healthy eating and drinking habits, commercial tobacco product use, alcohol consumption, and cancer screenings (breast, cervical, and/or colorectal).
